Mark is the Manufacturing Director of James Walker SPS Ltd, which is the largest Business Unit within the James Walker Group, a 135 year old privately owned business, operating globally across manufacturing, sales, technical, distribution and service functions producing sealing solutions for critical applications across Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Aerospace, Marine, Defence and other industries.
He is a highly experienced business leader bringing hands-on experience of leading site operations across manufacturing, supply chain and logistics teams in Advanced Manufacturing, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in Food & Drink and Textiles industries. He has a track record of delivering cultural change, creating high performing teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across his organisations and will be bringing this experience to the LEP’s work with the advanced manufacturing sector.
