Louise has many years of experience in the Nuclear Industry and has carried out a wide variety of Leadership roles during her long career at Sellafield Ltd.
Having grown up in the area, choosing Cumbria to pursue her career and bring up two children she is passionate to support the future growth and prosperity of the County.
Louise has a BA(Hons) Degree in Business Management and a Post-Graduate in Human Resources Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and demonstrates strengths in business, people and organisational change.
