Over six transformative months, CforLP empowers young individuals by offering valuable development opportunities and building essential skills like resilience to future-proof their careers. They provide a clear vision of leadership roles in Cumbria, helping participants make informed choices about their future careers. The goal is to showcase the amazing opportunities in Cumbria and retain local talent.
For Dream Placement 2024, over 200 young individuals applied with strong interests for Law, Finance, and Medicine. If your business aligns with these fields, or others please get involved!
