The Centre for Leadership Performance winning the 'Inspiring People' Award at the BECBC 2023 Awards Evening
The 2023 ‘Inspiring People’ Award presented to the Centre for Leadership Performance by Britain’s Energy Coast Business Cluster is a huge win for the collaborative efforts of Cumbrian businesses and schools, says Executive Director Sarah Glass.
Expressing her delight at the CforLP being chosen for the award, Sarah explained: “The award recognises not just the way our team is inspired and developed through the work they undertake, but also the huge support we receive from businesses, organisations schools and colleges across Cumbria.
As a relatively small not-for-profit SME we hugely appreciate their outstanding collaboration and partnership which enables the vital work of inspiring young people to reach for the careers they really want, and helps businesses and organisations to develop and support their staff at all levels.
Together they make up our lifelong leadership community, from primary school to retirement, and provide opportunities for thousands of people across the age spectrum to set their sights on achievement through personal and professional growth, and demonstrate everyday leadership.”
