The Home Office is holding a teleconference aimed at local authorities about the EU Settlement Scheme on Wednesday 24 July from 12:15 – 1:15pm.
This will cover:
- the latest updates on areas of importance for local authorities;
- a marketing and communications update including the latest materials and assets available.

The Home Office has published a local authority introduction to the EU Settlement Scheme setting out key information and guidance here:

The Food Standards Agency has published a statement for local authorities in England, Wales and Northern Ireland about updating enforcement documentation produced while the UK was in the EU. The statement includes information about retained EU law, EU Exit statutory instruments, correct referencing (to UK law, institutions, systems and processes) and enforcement regulations. It also offers legislation examples. Please use this information to support the delivery of your plans.
