If you work in Cumbria's vibrant Visitor Economy and are looking to develop your leadership and management skills, The University of Cumbria, in partnership with Cumbria Local Enterprise Partnership (CLEP), is running our latest Leadership & Management Bootcamp aimed specifically at this sector.

Delivered from our Ambleside campus, this course is aimed at learners who are already employed in the Visitor Economy and who are looking to progress into a management role.

The course begins with an introduction to managing yourself and others in the Visitor Economy and then develops knowledge and skills related to becoming an effective, competent and capable manager in your organisation.
