Centre for Leadership Performance seeks funding help for Dream Placements
The Centre for Leadership Performance are seeking companies to help fund and offer Dream Placements for a week during next February's half-term.
Dream Placement is a leadership and development programme for all 16-18 year olds across Cumbria. It gives real-world experiences of leadership and the workplace.
For businesses, it connects you to highly-motivated, ambitious young Cumbrians – enabling you to showcase the opportunities within your organisation.
Support will be provided by:
- Working with employers and young people to set goals for their week;
- Hosting regular partner meetings to share learning and best practice;
- Providing all mentoring training and support where required;
- Encouraging young people to work on meaningful projects whilst on placement to drive real value and young people’s insights to future-proof your businesses.
