Many businesses that export do so via agents or distributors to cost-effectively introduce, sell and support their products or services in overseas markets. Even in the ‘digital age’, agents or distributors can add significant value to a small or medium-sized business if they’re used correctly – most importantly they can remove a number of barriers to growth, helping SMEs to realise their full export potential.

If you’re already working with overseas agents or distributors, the session will help you to reset your relationships so that you get the most value from them. If you’re just considering using overseas partners the session will help you to realise what value you can get from your relationships, how to find the best ones, recruit them and manage them effectively.
