Performance Workshop

Date: November 10th, 14:00-16:00

It takes courage to be a business leader. This is especially true when it comes to managing (under) performance. Accountability is so much easier said than done and no one really likes to upset people.

How can you manage performance in a less stressful, more effective way? How can you make your people and teams more responsible for their own performance?

In this practical 2-hour workshop you will:

  • Hear about a simple, proven model for organising a performance conversation.
  • Learn how to contract performance so that they, not you, are ‘on the hook’.
  • Discover the value of talking about disappointed expectations.
  • Plan out a ‘put off’ performance conversation that will help your business.

The workshop is highly interactive and will be limited to 12 participants at each, and as such interested businesses are invited to book early.
