This session with Anne Williamson, Customer Experience (CX) Consultant, will help you improve customer experience in your business. Hear real life examples of how businesses are delivering a great customer experience and then look at some who aren’t doing as well and consider what would make it better.

You’ll leave this session with a plan on how tom take customer experience to the next level in your business. You will learn with practical steps from the real life good and bad examples, seeing how the smallest of tweaks can have the biggest impact.

Hosted by Rachel Kay, you will also get the chance to network with and promote your business to the other attendees in small breakout rooms.

Open to all businesses, both FSB members and non-members are welcome to attend, so feel free to share with your networks. This event is free of charge. There are limited places, so early registration is recommended.
