Resilience involves a range of behaviours, thoughts and actions, all of which can be learned and developed. Raising resilience contributes to improved self-esteem, sense of control over life events, sense of purpose in life and improved employee interpersonal relationships.
This two-part online course will empower learners to clarify what matters to them and identify and focus on goals whilst overcoming barriers to develop personal growth and increase performance.
