Cumbria LEP’s Conference & Business Centre offers a number of rooms which can cater for up to 100 people, ideal for all types of networking opportunities.

These can be configured precisely how you want them, so whether it’s an important round-the-table business meeting, a training seminar or workshop, or a large conference event, we can accommodate your requirements and ensure you get great value, quality and price.

Office Space & Business Units

Local businesses can hire office space and business units at Redhills for business events, putting them in a great strategic location for travel across the county.

There are 12 self-contained business units, measuring from 18 square metres (194 square feet) to 65 square metres (708 square feet) and these high quality, fully furnished offices include a ready-to-use IT network.

They can be the ideal place to establish a micro-business with flexible "easy in, easy out" terms and conditions, a fully supported environment with reception facilities, and onsite meeting rooms for hire.

We use the meeting rooms for our construction courses and for our members meetings. We have always found the facilities to be very good and well equipped with a range of rooms to suit our needs at good rates and helpful staff to assist with all our needs.

Hot Desking Facilities

Hot desking facilities and co-working space are also available on a temporary basis at the following rates:

  • 1 person – full day £15 / half day £10
  • 3 people – full day (using same office) £35 / half day (using same office) £20.

Charges are subject to VAT but include broadband and calls, postal address for regular users, free parking and access to kitchen facilities.
